Got a question?

KevinMullinsWeddingPhotographer 199x300 Got a question?Hello there,

I’m Kevin Mullins – a wedding photographer based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK.

Before taking up wedding photography professionally, I had been a web developer for some fifteen years.

I have been getting lots of questions from my photography friends about Web marketing for photographers and web design in general.

The idea of this site is to give something back to that community that has given me so much.

Broadly speaking, I intend to post articles on this blog about anything web specific that may be applicable to my photography friends. I will be aiming specifically at wedding photographers, but most, if not all of the topics covered will be applicable to any photographer using the web as a shop window or a marketing tool.

I’ll aim to cover topics such as SEO, Social Networking, Logo Creation and Web Hosting, though to the best ways to utilise technologies such as Flash.

I aim to post at least one article each week and wholeheartedly encourage comments and interaction in the comments. Each of the topics will hopefully be a starting point for discussion and I really welcome additional comments adding to the thoughts or correcting anything I may have got incorrect.

I have also created a Directory page which is completely there for your benefit. No fees – nothing. Use it if you wish.

Please get in touch if there is anything you specifically want me to cover. I would love this site to blossom and flourish for the wedding photography community and for photographers as a whole.

I’m also doing a Masterclass at the 2011 SWPP Convention in London – it would be great to meet you there.

I’ve also started to do one-on-one help for SEO and photography business in general. Give me a shout if this may be something you are interested in.

If you want to contact me or see something specific covered here – please feel free to do so.

If you can use the “Comments” on a post to ask specific questions about that, it would be great – but feel free to ping me a direct message from here if you want to.
